B.O.K.O. (also known as BOKO or Battle Or Kreate Online) is a fighting game engine developed by Toroko for The V² in the vein of MUGEN and works somewhat similarly to SMASH BROS: EVERYONE!!! in terms of how content is created on it. Regulation on the type of content will be much more strict than SSB EVERYONE!!!
B.O.K.O. can be modified to resemble something similar to Super Smash Bros. series, where instead of winning by depleting an opponent's life bar, players seek to knock opponents off the stage. Characters have a damage total, represented by a percentage value, which rises as they take damage and can exceed 100%. As a character's percentage rises, the character can be knocked progressively farther by an opponent's attacks. To KO an opponent, the player must send that character flying off the edge of the stage, which is not an enclosed arena but rather an area with open boundaries, usually a set of suspended platforms. When a character is knocked off the stage, the character may use jumping moves to attempt to return; as some characters' jumps are longer-ranged, they may have an easier time "recovering" than others. Additionally, some characters are heavier than others, making it harder for an opponent to knock them off the edge but likewise harder to recover.
The play controls are greatly simplified in comparison to other fighting games. While traditional fighting games such as Street Fighter or Soul Calibur require the player to memorize button-input combinations (sometimes lengthy and complicated, and often specific to a character), B.O.K.O. uses the same one-attack-button, one-control-stick-direction combinations to access all moves for all characters. Characters are not limited to constantly facing their opponent, but may run around freely. Tangerine Avengers also implements blocking and dodging mechanics, which can be used both on the ground and in the air. Grabbing and throwing other characters are also possible, allowing for a large variety of ways to attack.
B.O.K.O. can also be modified to be similar to a traditional fighting game like Street Fighter or Soul Calibur with gauges and unique inputs. Each character can have their unique type of gameplay as opposed to being restricted to the one set by the engine. As such, characters can have their own unique gauges that work differently.
Go through as any character on the roster and fight a set amount of rounds to the end! The user can customize the number of rounds as well as specific cutscenes and character match-ups during this. Users can also customize the beginning and ending cutscenes for each individual character or set characters to be unlocked through certain conditions met through Arcade.
This section can be edited freely by everyone in the community This means you can go wild and add whatever you want in this section as long as it follows both the site and page rules.
The current rules to add characters are as follows:
Each character must have a full moveset of some kind within a week if they are put up. Once this week is over and the character has no moveset, they will be removed and cannot be put on the table until they have a full moveset.
The comment section can vote characters out if they are seen as low quality.
Full Page Characters
These characters need a full page with some kind of moveset and information. Low quality pages might get voted out so be careful.

Zoo Digital Publishing commissioned DDI to re-imagine Zool as a 3D game for eventual release on the PlayStation 2 and the GameCube, however the publisher was unimpressed with the results and canned the project. DDI opted to continue with the game, but changing the theme and character for Ninjabread Man.

Although Jacket is the last one to brag – he doesn’t speak at all – his achievements in the criminal underworld are widely known. Allegedly, he once wiped out the entire Russian mafia in Miami all on his own. His background in the military and his unflinching attitude towards over-the-top violence has made him an excellent hitman – or “messenger” as some like to call it. For unknown reasons he remains completely mute and chooses to communicate only with the help of a tape recorder – playing back bits and pieces of language learning tapes, PAs and documentary narrations instead of speaking.
This mutant was originally a cuddly Chao, but longtime exposure to the Master Emerald mutated it into Chaos, the protector of the Chao. After an attack on the sanctuary where the Chao lived, Chaos became the monstrous Perfect Chaos and laid waste to his enemies. Sealed away for thousands of years, he now waits to be freed by some idiot like Dr. Eggman for their own nefarious purposes. Chaos is a heavyweight up-close character who can transform into various forms in battle.
One of the seven deadly sins, and the strongest of them all, it seems. He is the final boss as a mode known as Greed Mode, but not much is known about his true backstory. He is extremely strong, but just using him feels like gambling. There's no promise that his hits will work like you want them. They'll either backfire or hit perfectly, depending on the coins that are in his eyes. Heads, backfired shot, Tails, perfect hit. Greed can also summon "Greed Heads", but only 4 can be on the battlefield.
A satori who, in an attempt to escape the fear and hatred others feel towards her species, tries to destroy her mind-reading abilities once and for all by closing her third eye. By doing so, however, she also sealed away her own conscious mind, and developed the ability to manipulate the subconscious. She now could never be hated, but neither could she be loved or remembered. Most of her abilities revolve around messing up with others' minds, in terms of confusing them with her strange attacks. Koishi is a very unpredictable fighter, so it can be difficult to learn her movement or try to outfight her at first

Who knew a common digging tool could be something that can save an entire kingdom! Shovel Knight has his shovel, alongside his large arsenal of Relics, in order to fight.
He's lean, he's green, and has low self-esteem! Ignoring that blunt-but-true slogan, Lucky is being wrapped up in yet another fighting game he really does not want to be in. This cutesy kitty-cat has a deathly curse that gives him erebokinetic powers—but also allows him to be controlled by enemies who know how to do so. Ouch. Lucky has great speed and power, but poor defenses, relying on his claws and erebokinetic power to combat opponents.
He outranks Optimus Prime. He can speak Spanish in Mini-Con binary. He's G1 and G2. Rapido "Racemaster" Depressa is the most interesting Autobot in the world, a suave commander who never gives in to pressure. He was even a combiner once. For real. His playstyle is fast and flashy, just like his incredibly interesting life.
She is a menreiki youkai who relies on her masks to show her emotions to others. Her facial expressions are emotionless and can be likened to a poker face. She naturally has a quiet, child-like personality but also a love of the stage, and relies on her masks to properly communicate her emotions. She utilizes her masks to attack, and most of her skills revolve around the emotions that her masks represent. This gives a great variety of abilities. Some masks can give her powerful buffs, such as more strength, more defense, or more agility. However, when she relies on one mask, other attributes can lower down.
A mechanical assassin sent from the future to kill Dong Dong, the leader of humanity in a stand against the overpowering robot army that drove them to near-extinction. And if you think that sounds like the general concept behind every Terminator movie ever, then don't worry, because you're right. Dong Dong even sends a Terminator back to protect himself! Anyway, back on track now... Sheng Hua Nan is a water-loving, "I Believe I Can Fly"-singing, assault-rifle-wielding killing machine who shows mercy to nobody standing in his way. Not a pair of arguably lesbian nurses, not an androgynous nerd with a flute, not a fat construction worker accompanied by Fist of the North Star characters, and especially not Super Mario.
Dimentio is a jester-like being capable of not only fllipping between dimensions, but also manipulating them. Skilled in duplication, teleportation, and invisibility, Dimentio is a very powerful opponent. He is also pretty good at deceiving anyone, and more if it a benefit for his own agenda.

He's no-nonsense and desires freedom for all robotkind, aiming to become the first robot president. Countershade is a sniper through and through, teleporting across the stage to evade attacks and firing off powerful sniper rounds.
Designated Mighty No. 3. Dynatron is a living battery, designed to store, absorb, and manipulate electricity. Wouldn't be so bad if she wasn't insane with hunger 90% of the time. Dyna is a trap-based character, utilizing her Electric Seed attack to summon small nodes and fire them off; these nodes can then be linked to Dyna via an electric tether that deals damage.
"Shadow-of-Sundered-Star" is his real name, but let's just call him The Didact, what he is commonly known by. The Didact was once the supreme commander of the Forerunner army. He was then sealed in a deep sleep until the year of 2557, the year he awoke once again, and showed to be quite the opponent. The Didact uses many forerunner utilities, from the Boltshot to summoning pawns from the Forerunner army.

Rumor has it he loves his gun so much, he sleeps with it and will get pissed if anyone either finds out or touches Sasha without his knowledge.
A sentient robot that contains a soul and dreams of being the greatest star of the world above, Mettaton is a glamorous, fabulous and attention seeking robot indeed. Usually Mettaton hosts quiz shows in his bulkier forme, but in combat he uses his new body made for dancing and combat. His playstyle is strange, while Mettaton does have good speed and defense his power is lacking as he can't deal good direct damage, but his Heart to Heart attack is an exception; an attack that leaves Mettaton open for interruption but if successful unleashes an off-wave of projectiles that are almost impossible to dodge and guarantee good damage. With moves that affect everyone on the battlefield Mettaton is definitely a character who seeks attention.
A fairy from hell and one of Hecatia's most trusted subordinates, she led the fairy invasion on the moon and even wore america to piss off the moon people, because the moon people hate humans placing flags on their moon.
Clownpiece is an annoying little fairy who can use her insanity torch to boost an opponents power and knockback, but give them what could be called "poison" damage for the duration of the burn, this poison damage increases its duration for every attack they use as well. While insane opponents are chasing after Clownpiece she can protect herself by summoning giant moons and use said moons as one of her very few kill moves to finish off opponents, overall Clownpiece plays a frail but potent character who is able to rack up tons of damage if used correctly.
Kabula is King Dedede's personal aircraft. While she shows up here and there, she's not exactly the most notable Kirby character, especially for someone under King Dedede's command. That said, she made a recent appearance in Kirby: Planet Robobot as the core of C.O.G.S, re-mechanized with advanced cannons that expanded out her moveset. She plays rather unusually from the rest of the fighters.
041 Don't be fooled by his big and soft appearance or his childish personality: Majin Buu is one of the strongest characters in Dragon Ball, going toe to toe with Vegeta and curb-stomping the Saiyan Prince! Luckily, he was tamed by Mr. Satan of all people and is now a nice person. Turns out it's easy to befriend the big guy.
Buu is strong and durable, able to tank hits and give back just as much. He can also hover in the air much like Peach in Smash Bros, and his down special can turn opponents into snacks you can eat to regain health (they'll be spit out tho). However, he's a pretty slow and VERY light fighter too.
These characters are very simple and only have their specials listed, similar to SMASH BROS: EVERYONE!!!. The regulation on these characters will be much, much tighter and for the time being, will not allow memes, Youtubers, self-inserts or bad joke characters. These are to be immediately removed if someone adds them.

A long stage with some water in it. Ground continues all the way to blast zones. Characters from FF10 are in the background to cheer on the fighters or even sometimes interfere with them. Strong stage for characters who are good in the water.
From China, comes the Bootleg Mushroom Kingdom, which looks familiar but also at the same time looks completely bizarre. It could only come from the wonderland that is the world of bootlegs. It is an auto-scroller stage, with China-themed decorations and garbled text. Often glitches out.
It is an underground mansion, located in the Underworld near the Former Capital of Gensokyo's Former Hell. As players fight, the stage starts to move forwards, and fairies can pop out and shoot magic bullet as an obstacle.
An endless wasteland of green seas and blue plateaus. Fact of the Day: its inhabitants, the slug-like Namekians, actually survive exclusively on water. Also, they're all hermaphrodites and spit their offspring out as eggs. It's a shame that their planet is being targeted by the intergalactic warlord, Frieza.
A medium-large stage with some asymmetrical platforms built in. The basic layout comes from Transformers Animated, but it's a fairly general representation of Metroplex, a giant Autobot "city-bot" with various autonomous drones and subfunctions that make him both a strong warrior and an incredible fortress.
An automatic Stand bound to a nonoperational electricity transmission tower. When somebody steps into the transmission tower, they become unable to exit until someone else takes their place. Any attempt at exiting before then will turn the current occupant into a metal statue. Additionally, any force exerted on the tower will be automatically "reversed" to counterattack.
