Astronaut Mario is one of Mario's Power-Ups. Mario becomes this form after obtaining an Astronaut Suit.

Astronaut Mario can perform a double jump in mid-air and can fly in the sky. He can also go underwater an wields a laser gun that can shoot enemies. The gun does not work on Whomps, Amps, and Mines.
Trivia[]
- Astronaut Mario's attacks, as well as his design, is similar to Cosmic Wario from Wario: Master of Disguise.
