The Apple Ambrosia is a home video game console and the first installment in the Ambrosia series of video game consoles manufactured by Apple. It was released as Apple's first foray into the gaming console market on October 15, 2002, in North America, followed by Japan, Europe, and Australasia in 2003. It is classified as a sixth-generation console, competing with Sony's PlayStation 2, Nintendo's GameCube, and Microsoft's original Xbox.

A memory card was required to save game data on the Apple Ambrosia.

On October 18, 2002, Apple launched its Ambrosia Network online gaming service, allowing subscribers to play online Ambrosia games with other subscribers around the world and download new content directly to the system's hard drive. The online service works only with a broadband Internet connection.
