Appearance[]
Anna Snowpops has blue hair. She wears a light-blue dress with the end of it (the skirt part) resembling a popsicle, with her feet being a stick. She wears popsicle-themed mittens since she doesn't want to be too cold. She has a blue collar on her dress.
Personality[]
Anna Snowpops is a girl who is willing to help and defend Bubbly G. from any harm, sometimes giving her tips on how to defend herself. However, she may get annoying at intervals. Due to not actually having feet, she might complain about having sticks for feet once in a while, sometimes making very long complaints if she falls one too many times, which makes her really hate PE. Aside from that, she has a sweetheart.
She will just stare at you as if you're eating a popsicle with frightened eyes.
Powers & Abilities[]
While not to a full extent, Anna Snowpops can manipulate the cold and make ice platforms and snowballs. However, it is very limited; if she manipulates it too much, she gets hotter and hotter to the point of burning. To circumvent this, she can absorb ice to get colder, and thus reduce risks of burning. Another thing to note is that her stick can be used to pulverize rock. Oh, and her whole body can be used as a weapon, but only the strongest can use her as a weapon, which she proves to be effective
